We are business builders not business buyers. However, when capital is tight and we believe strongly in you, your purpose, and your potential - we are open to considering proposals including taking a portion of our fee in the form of deferred compensation, debt, and / or equity.
Arrangements of this sort must be agreed in writing in advance of services being rendered.
